Our firm cater to entities participating in commercial and legal relations including, among others, commercial law firms, cooperatives and the health services industry.
All clients are provided with services that meet their needs as agreed between the two interested parties, and which are most appropriate to the character of the activities being conducted. According to the needs of the interested party, we usually propose a twofold form of services:
- Comprehensive legal services,
- Legal services concerning representing the client in court and with the administration in matters designated by the client.
Included in our comprehensive legal services, we include giving legal advice and consultation, drafting legal opinions formulating contracts, writs and regulations as well as other documents for internal use. Furthermore, our legal services include the representation and appearance of our employees in the name of the principal before all government offices and courts in matters entrusted in our care by a client employing our services.
- Physical Entities
Among the services provided by our offices, we also oversee individual cases for physical entities concerning the following legal issues:
- Civil matters including inheritance, damages and others,
- Commercial/economic matters,
- Work and "social security" matters,
- Taxes,
- Cooperative and housing matters,
- Family law.
Individual cases with physical entities are conducted according to the power of attorney issued by the client to take care of the entire case or to perform specific activities.
